Ordering Instructions - How to Place and order
1. Order Placement:
You have the convenience of completing your order online.
Illusions Virgin Hair LLC ships orders using USPS. The amount charged depends on total weight of merchandise.
Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment.
Orders require 3–5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.
- PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO AVOID SHIPPING DELAYS OR HAVING YOUR PRODUCT RETURNED TO SENDER. If you have a unit number or suite this must be included in your shipping address. I CANNOT edit the address once the order is processed. Please note that if a package is RETURNED TO SENDER the items CANNOT BE SHIPPED back out to you until we have received the original package back.
2. In-Store Purchase:
If you prefer a physical shopping experience, you can purchase hair at our store located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
3. Online Order Pick-Up:
For customers located in Cincinnati, you also have the option to select pick-up for your online orders. However, please note that online orders cannot be picked up on the same day. To ensure proper processing and availability of inventory, online orders can only be picked up on the following business day. It is mandatory to present your ID during pickup, and the name on the ID must match the name on the order.
