International Orders: Illusions Virgin Hair LLC is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
LOCAL PICK UP
You may pick up your orders if you are local (indicate in shipping option during checkout) at:

RETURN POLICY
NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. Please be sure to check all items for length and texture prior to leaving the store. No Exchanges or Returns.
If there is a quality issue please contact our office at 937-242-0498 WITHIN 7 days of receipt for an exchange.

- Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment
- Orders require 3–5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination
